Order preparation

For products in stock, orders placed before 3 pm are generally prepared and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3 pm, at weekends or on public holidays are normally processed on the next working day.

Restocking, regulatory validation, an incomplete address or a pending bank transfer may delay dispatch.

Mainland France

Depending on the options available when ordering, delivery may be offered by Chronopost home delivery, Chrono Relais or GLS. Times shown at checkout are indicative and depend on the carrier.

As a general indication, express delivery in France is often completed in 1 working day after dispatch and standard delivery in around 48 hours, without an absolute guarantee.

Europe

Docteur Filler delivers to many European countries. Typical delivery times vary by destination: around 2 to 5 working days in most countries, sometimes longer for islands, remote areas or busy periods.

Outside the European Union

Available destinations are those offered at checkout. Some destinations or products may be unavailable because of regulatory, customs or transport restrictions. Import duties and taxes may be charged to the recipient by local authorities.

Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number or link is provided when supplied by the carrier. Tracking may take a few hours before the first update appears.

Damaged, delayed or returned parcel

In case of an issue, contact customer service promptly with your order number and, if necessary, photos of the parcel and products. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, prolonged absence or failure to collect it, a new shipment may incur additional delivery charges.
