Publishing reviews

Customers may be invited to leave a review after their order. When a review is linked to an order actually placed on the website, it may be identified as coming from a verified purchase.

Moderation

Reviews may be moderated when they contain unlawful, abusive or discriminatory content, personal data, spam, content unrelated to the product or clearly fraudulent information. A negative rating or reasoned criticism is not removed for that reason alone.

Authenticity

Docteur Filler must not present reviews as genuine when they do not come from real consumers or users. Review invitations and reminders must not depend on whether the experience was positive or negative.

Replies from Docteur Filler

Docteur Filler may publicly reply to a review to provide clarification, propose a solution or ask the customer to contact customer service when an order needs to be checked.

Medical questions in reviews

A product review does not replace medical advice. Experiences described by other customers do not establish that a product is suitable for a specific clinical situation.
