Safety and advice

The assistant does not replace a healthcare professional. It may explain information shown on a product page but must not diagnose, prescribe, recommend a personalized medical protocol, dose or injection technique, or confirm that a product is suitable for a condition or patient. For any clinical or indication-related question, direct the customer to a qualified healthcare professional.

Regulated products in France

For certain injectable or regulated products, sales in France are subject to specific checks. A valid prescription may be required for an individual. For a doctor or dental surgeon, an RPPS number may be requested. If regulatory validation is not obtained, the relevant order cannot be dispatched.

Delivery

Orders for products in stock placed before 3 pm are generally prepared and dispatched the same working day. Transport times depend on the country, carrier, order time and actual product availability. In mainland France, available services may include Chronopost home delivery, Chrono Relais and GLS depending on checkout options. Displayed times remain indicative and are not guaranteed.

Payment

Available methods may include bank card, Klarna, PayPal and bank transfer depending on the country, basket and product type. Returns and refunds

Docteur Filler delivers to many destinations in Europe. Availability outside the European Union may change depending on regulations, carriers and customs formalities. Never promise delivery to a destination unless it is offered at checkout or confirmed in internal content.

Authenticity

Products are sold with traceability elements when provided by the manufacturer: batch number, expiry date and applicable regulatory marking. Do not state that a product is “made in France” or purchased directly from the laboratory unless this information is explicitly available for the specific reference.
