Docteur Filler sells different categories of products: cosmetics, medical devices, mesotherapy products, peels, professional equipment and injectable products. Applicable rules vary depending on the nature of the product, delivery country and buyer status.

Sale in France of certain injectable products

Since 1 July 2024, the supply to individuals of certain injectable hyaluronic-acid medical devices is subject to medical prescription. When a product sold on the website falls within this regulation, a valid prescription may be requested before dispatch. For doctors and dental surgeons, an RPPS number may be requested to verify professional status.

An order subject to control may be placed on hold until the supporting documents are validated. Without compliant documentation, the product concerned cannot be dispatched.

Use of products

Products intended for professional use must be used in accordance with their instructions, marking and applicable regulations. Medical or invasive procedures must only be performed by professionals legally authorized to do so.
